Our CrossFit Basics class is for new members, those who want to work on the basics, and those who are returning after an extended absence from CrossFit. We offer CF Basics classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 6:00 p.m. Class includes a group warm-up, movement introduction and practice, and a workout.
During CF Basics classes, we determine your current physical capacity, introduce the basic movements utilized during our workouts, and teach you how to perform each movement safely and effectively. Classes will also cover topics such as warm-up and mobility drills, nutrition for weight loss and performance, recovery techniques, and keeping a training log.
