Unfortunately due to the weather, we canceled the Final Elimination. Once in the Elimination Round, scores were going to be reset to zero and everyone in the Final Elimination would have a shot at placing at #4#. Following the fourth workout (which was also canceled) the top 12 Advanced Males, Female, and Teams would have completed the following workout and someone may have lost their cookies…
Round One (Top 12)
3 Minute AMRAP:
- 10 Overhead Squats (75% Bodyweight)
- Max Burpees
2 Minute Rest
Round Two (Top 9)
3 Minute AMRAP:
- 10 Thrusters (75% Bodyweight)
- Max Box Jumps (24″/20″)
2 Minute Rest
Round Three (Top 6)
3 Minute AMRAP:
- 10 Power Cleans (75% Bodyweight)
- Max Burpee Box Jumps
2 Minute Rest
Round Four (Top 3)
For Time:
Do rounds one through three again without the rests but performing thirty burpees, box jumps, and burpee box jumps instead of max burpees, box jumps, and burpee box jumps.
Final Ranking for top twelve athletes would have been based on their standings of this final workout. The top three athletes would be determined by the order they completed fourth and final round. First finisher of round four would receive first place overall, second place finisher would receive second overall, and third finisher would receive third overall.
