  • Intermediate Team (Two males or two females) – $150.00

Sunday May 3, 2015 – 8:00am to 4:00pm

We are excited to host the Pound For Pound 2014 at our gym located in Downtown Montgomery! On our Lodging page, you will find a list of lodging accommodations within walking distance to the venue and some more affordable options located further away.

CATERED LUNCH

Montgomery’s very own D’ Road Cafe will be catering lunch on both days of the competition. You will be able to pick one meat and three sides.  Cost is $10. You have the option to add a lunch ticket to your registration when you sign up to compete or you can buy a plate onsite.
