We have published a tentative schedule of events to include athlete registration times on our Events page. Our Events page also includes a list of the movements and workouts.
We are excited to host the Pound For Pound 2014 at our gym located in Downtown Montgomery! On our Lodging page, you will find a list of lodging accommodations within walking distance to the venue and some more affordable options located further away.
Be sure to register by midnight April 20 to guarantee you receive a t-shirt in the size you want. Extra shirts will be ordered but it will be first-come, first-served. Instead of a price increase for waiting until late to register, you may end up with a dress, a schmedium belly shirt, or no shirt at all.
Montgomery’s very own D’ Road Cafe will be catering lunch on both days of the competition. You will be able to pick one meat and three sides. There will be choice of chicken or pork. Sides include butternut squash and sweet potato, cauliflower rice, rice, and a mix of broccoli, zucchini, peppers, and onions. Cost is $10. You have the option to add a lunch ticket to your registration when you sign up to compete or you can buy a plate onsite.

A list of movements have been posted to our Events page. As it gets closer to the event, we will include a schedule, the workouts, and a list of movements standards on the Events page. Registration will be opening soon. Spread the word!
This year’s individual competition will be on Saturday, May 3. We will have the following divisions for males and females: Advanced, Intermediate, and Masters (40 & up).
This year’s team competition will be on Sunday, May 4. We will have the following divisions/makeup: Advanced (one male & one female only), Intermediate (one male & one female only), Masters (40 & up) (two person – any combo).
