Olympic Lifting Workshops
These workshops are two to three hour sessions emphasizing the basic concepts of the Olympic Lifts (Snatch, Clean, Jerk). Each movement will be broken down into a series of drills designed to allow the athlete to learn the correct way to approach and execute these lifts. With a solid understanding of mechanics of these movements attendees will leave with the knowledge needed to further develop these lifts.

Cost: $20 per workshop

Barbell Club
Provides the perfect environment for members to focus on developing the strength, speed, and skill required to improve their Olympic Lifts and basic barbell lifts including: squat, deadlift, press. Members of this club will focus their efforts on following a training program designed to progress them to the next level in their lifting abilities.
