Every 2.5 mins or so for 10 and 8 then every 2 for the rest
Do not have to be touch and go. Can drop the barbell from the top of the lift.
Focused on good form and solid lifts. Percentages are reccomended not required.
5k the Weird Way (Time)
You must travel 5000m.
You may row or run to travel those meters.
You can split up the work between the two movements as much as you want; however, you may only travel 1000m consecutively at any time on the run or the row.
