4 Rounds:

Station 1:

–sled push 25m (225/160 – not counting sled weight)

Station 2:

— front squats (135/95)

Station 3:

— strict pull-ups

Station 4:

— calorie row

station 5:

each station is 1 minute.

keep a running track of reps until you rest, then write the numbers down somewhere. try to not lose any time by writing numbers down for each movement.

each 25m trip for the sled is 1 rep.

if you do not have strict pull-ups, you will do jumping pullups today.
