– 5 Full Cleans
PVC pipe, then barbell, then barbell and some weight.

Level Two

L2 A: Front Squat (3/3/3/3/3/3 w/ 2:00 Rest)

L2 B: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
