I’m doing this out of town on a treadmill, etc in the hotel gym and forcing my coworker to do it with me. What do you suggest for the pull ups? Lat pulls?
Do 20 squat thrusts instead of 20 pullups. Did you really think we’d tell you to do lat pulls. Hahahaha!
